You must be registered for Online Banking. If you are not a registered customer, you must contact the bank for authorization.
If you think your statement or receipt is wrong, please notify us within 60 days after we have sent the 1st statement on which the error appeared. We will investigate and correct any error promptly. If we take more than 10 business days, we will recredit
your account so that you will have the use of the money until we complete our investigation.
