Creating a New Alert

  1. On the Alerts page, select Create New Alert.

    The Account or Share Alert dialog box appears.

  2. Select an alert Type:

    • Account or Share Balance
    • CD Maturity Date
    • Loan Payment Due Date
    • Pending Transactions

    Depending on the Type you selected, the Send Alert field may appear.

  3. Choose a situation and follow the corresponding steps:

    Account or Share Balance
    1. Select < less than or > greater than, and then enter the chosen dollar amount.
    CD Maturity Date
    1. Enter the number of Days Prior to CD or Share Certificate Maturity Date.
    Loan Payment Due Date
    1. Enter the number of Days Prior to Loan Payment Due Date.

  4. Enter a Name.

  5. Select an Account or Share.

  6. Select the preferred method(s) of notification:

    • Send Email - Enter an email address where you want the alert sent.
    • Send SMS - The alert is sent to your registered mobile phone.
      The Send SMS check box only appears if your financial institution offers this feature. If this feature is turned on, but you have not registered for Mobile Banking, the check box is grayed out and Requires eBanking Mobile Registration appears.

  7. Select Active or Inactive to determine the alert status.

  8. Select Continue.

    The alert appears on the Alerts page.
